1. Damaged Products

We take utmost care to ensure that our products are packaged securely and reach you in excellent condition. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please follow these steps within 5 days of receiving the product:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged product, including any damaged packaging.
  • Send an email to Support@croful.com with the subject line “Damaged Product – Order #[your order number].” Attach the photographs and provide a brief description of the damage.

3. Return Eligibility

We will process a return and offer a refund or replacement for products that are genuinely damaged during transit. Products that have been used, altered, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process

Once we receive your email reporting the damaged product, our customer support team will review the information provided. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

5. Packaging and Return Requirements
